Christmas Night Cycling Event

Hi All,

We are organising a Night Cycling Event this December, just a few days before Christmas!
It will be a ride through Orchard and around the city area, then going to Marina Barrage and finally back to East Coast.

CCA points will also be given!

Date of Event: 22th December 2009, Tuesday
Meeting Time: 9pm
Ending Time: estimated, 7am
Start and End Venue: East Coast Park, Burger King
Cost: $15 (Bike Rental + Helmet + Backlight)
Helmets and Taillights are a MUST.
Any damage to the rentals, the participant will have to pay for the damage.

If you are using your own bike, please inform Nicholas. However, helmets and taillights are still a MUST.

If you are attending, you are also required to fill in the indemity form and pass it back to us.
Do fill up and sign the indemity form, and submit both money ($15) and indemity form
to Nicholas or Melvin at the T12 on 14 Dec '09 Monday ( 2.00-3.00 ).
OR
to Vernon or Peini at the Stage Area outside Moberly on 15 Dec '09 Tuesday ( 12.00-1.00 ).
Call them before you come.

If you do not have the indemity form, sms Nicholas or Melvin your email and we will send it to you!

Indemity form is a MUST to participate in this event.

Those who are interested please message your
name, admin number, whether are you renting bike or not and when will you come and hand in the indemity form and money.
